Job Description
The Director of Revenue Cycle is a key change agent position that requires a leader to facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team to drive Revenue Cycle improvements and focusing on business performance to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5 years of experience in Change Management and/or Project Management, and/or General Management of People
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
