Job Description
This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. The Director of Revenue Cycle - Physician Practices will drive Revenue Cycle Management Performance for designated set of hospitals/ASC's or clinics, and assist with developing strategic roadmaps focused on efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5 years of experience in Change Management and/or Project Management, and/or General Management of People
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes preferred
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management software and systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
