Medical Records Specialist

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. We are seeking a Medical Records/Health Information Management Specialist for a full-time onsite role at Tower - St. Christopher's Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (Acute care facility HIM experience)
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
