Medical Records Specialist

Ensemble is seeking a Medical Records/Health Information Management Specialist to complete analysis and reanalysis of records accurately and timely. The successful candidate will have knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations and experience with EMR systems. The role is onsite located at Independence-Butler Memorial in Butler, PA.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CMS, and Joint Commission regulations preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred (Acute care facility HIM experience)
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
