Senior Director, Patient Access

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. The Senior Director, Patient Access will be responsible for administering and reviewing the performance of patient access functions, identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, and promoting operational efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, and meeting regulatory compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 + years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of Patient Access experience
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements
• Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
• Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority; able to remain calm & show decisiveness under pressure
• Financial and project management experience
• Experience setting strategies aimed at increasing associate engagement
• Flexible and can be available/work outside of regular business hours when needed
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
