Requirements
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions using a structured, process-oriented approach
- Demonstrated success leading change and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to real business workflows—not just theoretical use
