Job Description
The Energetic Assemblies Value Stream Manager (VSM) is a strategic role with full responsibility for leading the operations activities and ensuring the Value Stream meets the required customer and business commitments.
Requirements
- BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Operations Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Effective employee management skills
- Robust strategic thinking and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of computer applications such as ERP/MRP, proficient in MS Office Suite: Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- LEAN Manufacturing concept and supply chain strategy implementation experience
