Requirements

• BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Operations Management or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Effective employee management skills
• Robust strategic thinking and planning skills
• Good working knowledge of computer applications such as ERP/MRP, MS Office Suite: Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• LEAN Manufacturing concept and supply chain strategy implementation experience
