Job Description
Eaton's GEIS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager to manage performance of multi-product line manufacturing operations with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity. The Value Stream Manager will lead a team to implement improvements to efficiencies & productivity in the respective work areas, ensure standardized work processes are properly documented and followed, and manage costs within the annual Profit Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum three (3) years of people leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience
- Experience deploying Lean methodology/tools (5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, etc.)
- Six Sigma/Green Belt experience
