Job Description
Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the Ruff-IN value stream for a highly complex engineered to order (ETO) product line. This role owns safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity results while developing a high performing team of supervisors and hourly employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- SAP business system experience
- Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations experience
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Change management experience
- Process management experience
