Job Description
Ensono is seeking a Senior Data Center Operations Analyst to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot internal and external systems like zSeries, VM/VSE, and ZOS. This role focuses on production batch monitoring, system recovery, and ensuring client service level agreements. The position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in IT
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written / verbal Communication skills
- ITSM concepts
- Analytical skills
- Ability to represent Ensono
- Knowledge of mainframe systems and server scripts
