Director, Credit Risk Management

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union are joining forces to become a stronger financial institution, offering more opportunities and resources to its members. The Director of Credit Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the credit risk review functions, assessing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with established credit risk policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Master's (MBA, Master of Finance) or relevant certification preferred.
• 9+ years' experience in credit administration and risk management analytics at a financial institution or regulatory agency.
• 3+ years' of team leadership or management experience.
• 10+ years' experience in credit risk or related specialties preferred.
• Experienced in programming and data manipulation with SQL, Python, and R for analytics and modeling.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk governance frameworks, second-line enterprise risk management, and internal controls.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify issues, ask insightful questions, and escalate appropriately.
• Able to clearly explain complex quantitative and model concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
