Director, Operations Finance

We are seeking a Director, Operations Finance to support our Global Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization within our new Advanced Purity Solutions Division. The role will be responsible for driving business performance improvements and delivering on the financial goals and strategy of the GOSCQ organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)
• 10+ years experience with track record of increasing responsibilities in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, or other financial leadership roles
• Experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries, ideally with a public company
• Experience managing teams structured in multiple locations; global experience is desirable
• Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus
• Proficient knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Excellent communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly and concisely communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners
• A highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively with global colleagues with diverse experiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to challenge the status quo and offer actionable ideas
• A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic global environment
• Able to navigate organizational matrix to influence decisions
