Director of Finance

TE Connectivity is seeking a Finance Director – Connected Living Solutions (CLS) Global Operations to partner closely with our Global Operations VP and senior leadership team. This role plays a critical part in driving operational performance, strengthening financial insight, and enabling strategic decision-making across a global manufacturing footprint.

Requirements

• Partner with the Connected Living Solutions Operations team to enhance productivity and mitigate inventory risks.
• Consolidate, review, and analyze operational financial results, providing insights and corrective recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate on footprint migration, consolidation, and expansion to optimize manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
• Lead the strategic plan, annual budget process, and re-cost cycles, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance with global standards, including US GAAP, PRC GAAP, Mexico GAAP, and SOX.
• Drive improvements in digital finance systems across the global operations organization.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20+ finance professionals globally, fostering talent development and high-performance culture.
