Job Description
Dorman is seeking a Director, Finance Operations to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Operations Finance team. The role involves forecasting, decision support, and business support for Operations leadership, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution. This is a hybrid role with a base in Colmar, PA, and the expectation of on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Requirements
- Experience in Manufacturing / Distribution, including Standard Costing
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
- Familiarity with Hyperion and/or SAP
- Experience with Power BI/Business Objects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and detail oriented
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
