The role of Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering is to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure product and process quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
- Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Process FMEA and Control Plan development.
