Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician is responsible for overseeing the setup of assembly manufacturing equipment, supporting the qualification of new manufacturing processes, and developing troubleshooting plans for smooth and efficient production operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and mechanical design
- Ability to understand and execute task accordingly
- Ability to set up and operate assembly equipment
- Good understanding of jig and fixture design
- Experience with Process FMEA and Control Plans
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
