Job Description
The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for delivering field service support and assistance to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and upgrade equipment at customer locations. They will also provide email and phone responses to customer requests for technical assistance, develop and translate technical documentation, and promote, manage, and execute Preventative Maintenance Agreements.
Requirements
- Technical, engineering or scientific degree or equivalent field service experience
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, SAP, and Airba skills
- Fluent Mandarin and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Semiconductor and/or gas industry experience a plus
