Job Description

The role of Maintenance Technician III provides day to day support to the production areas to ensure that the process equipment is maintained and repaired in an effective/efficient manner.
Requirements
- 5-10 years related experience or combined equivalent work and education experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings, control drawings and electrical schematics
- Experience working with and troubleshooting with AC motors, DC motors and VFD’s
- Experience working with and troubleshooting variety sensors(i.e. temperature, level, pressure etc.)
- Experience with centrifugal and diaphragm pumps
- Experience with replacing and rebuilding valves and actuators
- Basic knowledge of clean room manufacturing and associated work practices.
- Controls and PLC experience, experience working with control systems (i.e. Allen Bradly / Rockwell) a Plus
- Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
- Ideal candidate will have keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Problem Solving – Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.
