As an OEM Customer Enablement Specialist, you will support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for Entegris' OEM customers by resolving customer issues, managing recurring revenue activities, and collaborating across global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and SAP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
