Entegris is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support and strengthen relationships with our customers. This role serves as a key point of contact for complex customer needs, working with internal teams to resolve issues, clarify policies, and ensure a smooth order fulfillment experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments preferred
