Job Description
Enterpret is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation for our growing sales team. As a hybrid role based in New York City, you'll own outbound prospecting and drive new revenue with significant growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, Marketing, or other customer-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, charisma, and excellent listening skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects
- Analytical and curious mindset
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and a dedication to continuous improvement
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI, and sales engagement tools
