Job Description
Syntax Data is a leading direct indexing platform for investment management, partnering with financial institutions to create custom investment solutions. The company is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to build sales initiatives and expand into the RIA and FA markets, handling both inbound leads and direct sales inquiries. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
- Provide demos of Syntax Direct to prospects and respond to questions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT or Canva
- Occasional travel required
