Foreman - Mission Critical Data Center

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on a prestigious Mission Critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in mission critical / data center projects and a high school diploma or GED. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising apprentices and journeymen, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements

• Supervise and lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects
• Enforce productivity, workmanship, and safety expectations across crews
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in sensitive data center areas (white space / gray space)
• Read and interpret drawings, one-lines, specs, and schedules
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, QA/QC, safety, and other trades
• Track daily manpower, production, and material usage
• Communicate constraints, delays, or scope changes proactively
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and inspection standards
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities Address rework, punch list items, and corrective actions promptly
