Foreman - Mission Critical Data Center

Enterprise Electrical is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman to manage field teams on a Mission Critical Data Center project based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with a proven history of leading teams on mission critical / data center projects.

Requirements

• Supervise and lead journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects
• Assign daily work, manpower, and priorities based on schedule and project needs
• Enforce productivity, workmanship, and safety expectations across crews

Benefits

• Daily Per Diem: $120
• Retention Bonus: An additional $5.00 per hour
