The Vice President of Safety is responsible for leading and overseeing all safety initiatives, programs, and personnel across Enterprise Electrical's multi-state operations. This executive-level role ensures the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a world-class safety culture that aligns with the company's core values and operational goals.

Requirements

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of all safety personnel
• Develop and execute the company's overall safety strategy
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Monitor and analyze safety metrics, trends, and KPIs
• Partner with operations leadership to integrate safety into all phases of project planning and execution
• Oversee safety training programs and certifications
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and safety reviews
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and strategic investments in safety programs and technology
