Counseling Supervisor

Counseling Supervisor position available at Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center. Responsibilities include administrative oversight and clinical supervision of outpatient mental health center, ensuring compliance with COMAR and maintaining documentation standards. The role requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and current Maryland licensure as LCPC. The position involves a 40-hour per week schedule, worked over three scheduled days, with hours allocated across three affiliated companies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical and operational leadership in behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with ICANotes or similar EHR platforms
• Training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction
• Board-approved Clinical Supervisor credential
• Experience with Medicaid documentation and behavioral health billing
• Familiarity with CARF or Joint Commission accreditation standards
• Experience supervising clinical interns and pre-licensed professionals
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health discipline
• Current Maryland licensure as LCPC and is approved to supervise, or equivalent
• Board-approved clinical supervisor status under MD Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists
