Job Description
Entitlements Case Manager needed to provide case management services on an independent contractor basis. Must have a Bachelor's degree in psych/social work/counseling/nursing or related field and 2+ years of experience in behavioral health/PRP/Health Home/rehab/community services. Must hold a valid Maryland license or certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psych/social work/counseling/nursing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health/PRP/Health Home/rehab/community services
- Valid Maryland license or certification
- ICANotes/CRISP familiarity
- Strong documentation
- Trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Knowledge of COMAR/Medicaid
