Requirements

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques
• Offer additional customer assistance
• Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
