Customer Service Representative

Skyservice Business Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-level service to customers in accordance with the company's philosophy, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures. The role involves coordinating fueling, catering, car rental, and hotel bookings, as well as answering phone lines and responding to customer email inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Aviation experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime
