Customer Service Representative responsible for providing high standards service to customers, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures, and coordinating fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking, and reservations.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Aviation experience preferred but not required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
