The company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders and ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow within the organization.
Requirements
- Post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting executives
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
