Materials Engineer

The materials engineer will create, optimize and monitor concrete mix designs for precast concrete products, collaborating with various departments and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Design, monitor, troubleshoot and optimize high performance concrete mixes for precast plants
• Support with mix design and troubleshooting for ready mix products
• Pre-bid review of project specifications
• Planning and coordinating field/plant and laboratory testing of construction materials
• Develop repair procedures for defective product
• Conduct job functions as needed between plant and field working environments
