Provide sales training programs to inside sales representatives to meet and exceed their targets. Create and implement training programs to ensure sales skills and performance are maintained and expanded. Work with cross-functional teams to determine training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
Requirements
- College-level degree or related work experience in Human Resources Development, Communications, Personnel Relations, Business Administration, Education, or Marketing
- Proven sales training experience in a call center and sales environment
- Individual sales experience, meeting and exceeding individual quota in full cycle technology sales
- Good public speaker and excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience conducting needs assessment and analysis
- Certification in three or more sales methodologies
