English-French Bilingual Customer Care

We are seeking a full-time English-French bilingual customer care representative to provide service and front-line support to our clients. The role requires working on-site in Markham with rotational shifts, handling inbound service requests, and providing service in English and French.

Requirements

• One year or less of job-related experience
• High school completion plus some post-secondary technical or business course
• Demonstrated language proficiency in English and French
• Strong customer-service orientation and demonstrated customer service skills
