Join Entrust as an HRIS Analyst and contribute to shaping the future of identity-centric security solutions. As a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, you will provide support, maintenance, and configuration of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday, and other systems supported by the HRIS team.
Requirements
- Execute system administration functions
- Provide general end-user support
- Maintain and update user documentation
- Perform routine data validation and reconciliation between systems
- Use knowledge of business processes and system functionality to identify ways to customize and enhance current business applications and operating systems
- Work with human resources and business subject matter experts to identify potential configuration enhancements and system modifications
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems administration
- Review and evaluate new system releases and enhancements
- Provide design expertise, analysis, testing and implementation support
- Perform root cause analysis for system issues not operating as designed
- Provide input for prioritization of business-related activities and initiatives
- Participate in discussions on future use of technology and business process improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding how HR data and systems support other departments and ensure data integrity and security protocols are maintained through those integrations
- May provide overall project management for given HR initiatives
