Requirements

• Your Tasks: You are part of the care team and significantly contribute to the development of our organization
• Your Tasks: You are responsible for advising and assessing our clients' needs and ensuring that all care-related processes are of high quality
• Your Tasks: You work on-site with our clients and perform administrative tasks in our office in St. Gallen or at home
• You have a completed tertiary education in nursing
• You have relevant work experience in the (outpatient) care sector
• You have already acquired knowledge in the use of Spitex software
• You have experience in building processes in a care organization
• You are a communication talent and have a structured working style
• You have a valid driver's license for a car (category B)
