We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to shape the future of our leadership team. As a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders, you'll lead end-to-end hiring for senior, leadership, and business-critical roles and build a pipeline of future leaders aligned with our growth plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior/leadership hiring
- Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
- Fluent in German & English (C1/C2) with senior-level interview experience
