Requirements
- Technical understanding in the operation of production equipment and material handling
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and high commitment
- Experience in compound formation or plastics processing is beneficial
- Completed training as a chemist or process mechanic (or equivalent qualification)
- Forklift operator's license is desirable
- Very good German language skills for safe communication and equipment operation
