Job Description
Temporary 1-year position responsible for managing and supporting software integration projects for Envipco customers across the EU. Acts as the main technical contact for integrations, testing, and rollouts of new software, while coordinating with the EU Support and R&D teams.
Requirements
- Technical qualification / background from automation or software systems
- Some years experience in a software related technical support role
- Background in customer service/support, ideally with both onsite & remote experience
- Flexible and willing to travel and work on European projects
- Some programming experience with capabilities to write test scripts
- Experienced in using scripting languages (e.g. Bash shell, Python etc.)
- Previous work with Linux systems and command line experience is a must
- Clear in communication, focused and patient
- Fluent in Polish and English, any other European language is a plus
