Application Support Engineer

Responsible for managing and supporting software integration projects for Envipco customers in Portugal. Acts as the main technical contact for integrations, testing, and rollouts of new software.

Requirements

• Technical qualification / background from automation or software systems
• Some years experience in a software related technical support role
• Background in customer service/support, ideally with both onsite & remote experience
• Some programming experience with capabilities to write test scripts
• Experienced in using scripting languages (e.g. Bash shell, Python etc.)
• Previous work with Linux systems and command line experience is a must
