Field Service Manager

As a Field Service Manager, you will lead the local service team in Poland to support the growing install base, qualify potential service partners, and manage daily service operations. You will work closely with the country manager and central back-office teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of RVMs into the Polish market.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in developing/leading field service teams
• Pro-active problem solver, calm under pressure, and driven by customer satisfaction
• Practical knowledge of Customer Service and Project Management
• Experience in managing direct/indirect teams
