Job Description
Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting firm seeking a Director of Environmental Planning in the Northern California area. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of related work experience and excel at leading a team of talented environmental professionals, managing complex CEQA and NEPA projects, and providing client stewardship.
Requirements
- 20+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science or related field
- Leadership experience in managing complex projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of CEQA and NEPA regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources
- Business development and marketing experience
