Executive Director

Toberman Neighborhood Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization's strategic, operational, and community leadership. The Executive Director will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, building collaborative relationships with the Board and stakeholders, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of responsible executive experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. nonprofit management, business administration, sociology, or a related discipline)
• Experience working within community-based organizations, youth development programs, intervention services, mental health programming, or related direct service environments strongly preferred
