Requirements
- Assessment of repair requirements including cost estimate and time to complete
- Simple carpentry requiring use of hand tools
- Exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping work
- Drywall repair/patching, priming and painting
- Furniture moving, changing light bulbs, cleaning and proper storage of maintenance tools
