Requirements

• Assessment of repair requirements including cost estimate and time to complete
• Simple carpentry requiring use of hand tools
• Exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping work
• Drywall repair/patching, priming and painting
• Furniture moving, changing light bulbs, cleaning and proper storage of maintenance tools
