Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fill 2 positions at our 180 unit apartment community in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and dry wall repairs, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
- Excellent customer service and effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver License
