Maintenance

Ludwig and Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to fill a position at its apartment communities in Moline, IL, Moline, WI, and Davenport, IA. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• Trade school certificate(s) in electrical, plumbing, maintenance
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
• Valid Driver License
