Job Description
Envolve Community Management, LLC is recruiting a full-time Assistant Community Manager to work at Brookhaven Apartments in Bartlesville, OK. The role involves assisting the Community Manager in daily aspects of on-site management and operations, and requires a strong understanding of compliance documents, customer service, and team building skills.
Requirements
- Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines
- Exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of strong team building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of tax credit
- HUD/Section 8 knowledge
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience
- Background Screening and Drug Test
