Job Description
We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician to work at Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
