HRIS Manager (UKG)

Envoy Global is seeking a forward-thinking HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem—with a primary focus on UKG. The role oversees system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of UKG experience (administration + project leadership)
• Experience managing or mentoring HRIS/HR operations staff
• Strong HR process knowledge and reporting/analytics skills
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data feeds (preferred)
• HR/HRIS certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, UKG Pro/Dimensions) (preferred)
• Experience supporting global or complex workforce environments (preferred)
